How are you guys setting the tension on your timing belts; with the car cold or at operating temperature? I am seeing up to a 40 pound difference between my hot and cold numbers...
This is the 1st time I have I lost the intermediate shaft due to the previous owner not tensioning the belt properly ( I should have checked it when I bought the car). I have always done it cold, but as I am being a bit paranoid now and I want to see what everyone else is doing.
