spend the last week getting car to starte but ildes up once then stalles

i have gone from no start to all most running we have set timming and yes i did move the map to right front fender which is hooked up to vac, line to bypass brow sensor after all thathave had a repeat codes 13.14.11 i clear before i try againneed to see a what wire on map go to witch

Middle wire is the map signal, so it should move with vacuum and boost.

I would tee into the map line and verify its getting full vacuum, code 13 is the code for no vacuum/boost change with the MAP reading.

11 is usually a bad HEP or the rotor isn't turning.
