Part to Full Throttle switch point

I am looking for the name of the item of what tells the computer when is part throttle vs full throttle

I am guessing it is a voltage set point that above it is full throttle, but i can't seem to find anything like that. I am looking for it so i can adjust when it switches to the full throttle maps

I'm not sure of the name, but I'm 90% sure it's 80% throttle opening where it considers it WOT

one reason i am checking this is i heard that full throttle is 4.5v but my new to me 52mm throttle body only goes to 3.9v

Swap the old tps over?

I've never seen one go to 4.5v, just remember that every time you turn the key off, it auto zero's when you turn the key back on.
