Pulled the pistons from the cracked block in my van today. I got a new block and have to get it machined for these so I pulled them to measure and inspect. As you can see they have quite a bit of scuffing from the engine running hot, are they good to reuse? The rings aren't stuck and you can't really feel grooving.

I also included pictures of the bearings, this thing detononated like a mother. Hopefully once I get the motor put back together I can figure it out.

They can be reused, but you might consider having them coated.

Oh, and I'm not looking to run crazy power through it, just a fun daily driver Turbo van that might see some towing

Measure them up but really it doesn't really matter as your machining the block to fit those pistons. It could mess up things later though if you want to run new pistons as it could be too tight.
