Take your manifold to a machine shop and ask them to drill and tap it, it'll the ASAP way. Probably cheapest too.

The only issue I find redrilling it is depending on the turbo, it can be too tight to the intake manifold and down pipe is a bugger to make work. I found dropping it down a few inch's solves that.

centered around the stock hole. http://www.pnw-sdac.org/gallery/v/Members+Rides/Jay+Jochec/erics+stuff/2011-10-28_20-59-46_36.jpg.html I took a T3 gasket and lined it up to find my 1st hole to drill then moved the bridgeport to put the rest of the T3 pattern in it.

Fits a GT30R just fine. http://www.pnw-sdac.org/gallery/v/Members+Rides/Jay+Jochec/erics+stuff/2011-10-29_14-14-47_742.jpg.html

Maybe a one piece is different, I put a TIII turbo on 2 8 valve engines and I had to grind the intake manifold for clearance, the DP was a bugger to make work.

Good to know a GT30R fits,
