The only distinguishing feature I can think of is the inside width between the two sides is going to be narrower than a 90 only 3-4 fork. It should be 3 and 9/16 of an inch wide, the 90 only fork should be wider since the fork inserts were wider on the inside edge.

yeah I know about those... (they showed 9 on their inventory) I found them last night. Would rather not go that far for something I'm going to cut up and modify.
