Anybody used Monroe Max-Air shocks? Specs say Caravan is similar dimensions to the Volvo 940. So I ordered up 940 ones for 50$ including shipping. I'm hoping it will only require minor work to get them to fit. I'll post some pics here when I put them on.

RockAuto listed some for Spirit/Acclaim body. So i bought a set since i needed to replace the one (1) on Slugmobile.
I'll replace the one on my Spirit with the other of the pair.

Gus and I split a set of airshocks like 15 years ago...

Ah nice, I remember seeing Gus' site years and years back. I think that was THE first time I found out about TD minis. Been wanting one since.

So how do these max airs ride?

I've got Rancho 9000 series shocks on Mean Mini now. She still has those aftermarket helper airbags with coil spring. But they don't hold air any longer.

The air shocks are on the AA body's. I usually only keep about 25psi in each car for daily driving. Pump it up more only at the track or if have alot of junk in the trunk...

If you hose them individually, you can pump up just the driver rea if you do drag it. That will help front end weight distribution.

Let us know how they work.

As we know, the car shocks are totally different, :(
