Ive been out of the loop for a few years and need lifters for my NY. I have PT lifters in my CSX and they work great, but last I remember that guys were trying 4.7 lifters when I took a break from TMs. So what's the current best setup to run? Im running a 88 T1 roller cam if it matters.

Thanks

Its either FWD's if you run a high lift regrind or PT's. 4.7's won't work IIRC.

you can run up to .180" washer lift under the PT lifters.

this was enough for me to run a Taft S3 camshaft. experienced zero issues, never popped a rocker, car idled and revved like butter :)
it had the 26995 comp cam conicals tho ;)

That's it? Should be easy to find then. I "found" my spare set of PTs I thought I lost when I moved the other day. They were in a blown motor, lol!
