Weird battery draining problem

i read the one post on code 41 but it didnt really relate to my specific problem . . i just started gettin the code 41 but my situation is weird, one of the small wires from my positive terminal going to my wiring harness it getting super hot and whatever it is wrong its killing my battery in like 10 mins. if it helps i have a 90 VNT daytona shelby. any ideas what the hecks going on??

What does that wire go to? Pics? Have you tried pulling fuses until that wire doesn't pull any current?

41 is a charging issue so the hot wiring does relate.

You need to trace the wiring and make sure its not rubbed thru and grounding out. Then you need to check the charging system and see if its over/under or not charging at all, then we can go from there.
