were to buy discontinued tires?

i while back i was able to get a hold of a set of 15'' pumper rims with 3 new tires and one bald tire. Apparantly the new tires are no longer made and ive contacted a few local tire shops and no one carries these tires.

Anyone got any ideas other than "just buy two other tires" (money is an issue:mad: )

Possibly find a big chain and have them do a dealer search?
Call the manufacturer and try to have them search?
