someone took this cool pix of me and the car at LVD last weekend thought the L-body fans would enjoy it, i did a 1.955 60 foot (a new personal best), then i missed 4th gear and threw away a 12.8xx pass.

Marcus,

You have one nice GLHS there. Do you have any other shots, especially the engine compartment as I would love to see them as well..

thanks guys. i think the guy sits at the track, takes great pix, then sells them at that website (notice how you cannot save the pix to your computer).

Chuck i have a cardomain site w/ lots of pix, the link is in my personal data i think you can grab it there. btw, my engine compartment looks horrible as this car received the Rusty Jones treatment w/ 9 miles on it so there that goopy schmeg all over on the inside of the engine bay. gonna re-do the compartment one day.

ED: thanx man that is really a big kudos for you to provide that pix....that is the only good pix i have of the car at the track, thanx a million.

GARY cool pix, yeah i made these hood supports (from 1/4" dia. plastic tubing)for the show, i never liked the prop rod holding up the hood on the omnis it twists the hood so i did that display thing.

KEVIN considering the company in the TD world my car is far from "fast" when compared to so many other L-bodies in the mid 10's (Rob and James, etc) to mid 11's (Dave D.) to mid 12's (too many to name). i think i got a 12.79 in the car but i cant see it any faster cause i am running a stock engine/turbo/ic/with an a-525....

That car looks so sweet - my baby only wishes she looked that good (maybe someday with some TLC).

I used a program called ScreenRip32 - search Google, you may be able to find it - I don't remember where I got it, but I think it was free. It allows you to select an area of the screen to capture to the clipboard, then just paste it in to Paint (or any other photo program) and Viola! :eyebrows:
