Dodge Stealth..

Hey guys I'm thinking about buying a 92(?) Dodge Stealth (6 cyl) from a guy. I was just wondering what could I do besides swapping the valve lifters to make it go a little faster. I dont want to do anything to crazy till later and IF I do buy it. Its already making 150hp and I'm wanting maybe 200hp.
