04 5 speed, has mods but they bought it unknown to what was done, it has an AGP turbo, I would assume 50 trim, log manifold, external gate hooked up to manifold vacuum-5 psi. He wants me to turn up the wick, so I will be installing a wideband and some form of boost controller but I guess I need to know what computer it has and the limits of it. It has a Mopar sticker that says for non pollution controlled vehicles. Also, how to tell what injectors it has?

LOL, should have thought of that.

Just changed a front wheel bearing, WTF? Uses the old style cartridge bearing, yuck.

post up the part numbers on the injectors and pcm. Even though it may have a mopar stock or staged pcm, they may also have a sct or diablosport tune done, especially if it's a big turbo car.

Older style? It uses a press in wheel bearing like all neons/cruisers/srt's.

For the injectors, you can tell with a quick glance. Purple would be non H/O, black with blue tip would be stage one or stock 04+ H/O and SRT-4, all black with a blue o-ring would be mopar stage 2/3 injectors.

PCM sticker number might give you squat. My Mopar S1 computer has a sticker number from an NA neon auto if i remember right. They apparently use whatever core and flash the stage cal. (and not change that sticker)

my android sent this for me using Tapatalk...

Yeah, older style. TM's started off with that design, then went to the bolt on hub setup.

Gotcha, thanks.

Ok, I thought you meant it used an older style hub in comparison to other PT's, when they are all press in, haha. Yeah bolt in is much easier. I bought a press just for working on my neon.

They are tough to do, no flat spots to remove the hub first. Forgot how much I dislike working on those, much prefer the bolt on and go, lol.

Injectors are black with a blue band at the bottom so I guess stage 2/3 injectors.

Nope stock 04/05 or stage 1. Stage 2/3 are all black with a blue seal o -ring.

Ok, so what kind of boost can you run with a stage 1 50 trim?

about 18lbs max...but you need a wideband and scan tool for knock detection to be sure.

Yep, told him I am putting a wideband in before I turn it up.

It had a carbon fibre valve cover, took it off to reseal and its come apart, so I put an older valve cover on but there is no hole on top for the PCV. This cover has a vent up front and looks like maybe the pcv is on the drivers side or is that just another vent?

Couldn't read the injector number and found some literature when looking for his wheel lock keys, he has Stage 1.

Also, made the valve cover fit, had to grind off the 2.4L turbo DOHC writing and grind down the underside of the intake otherwise it wouldn't bolt down properly. Rerouted his PCV and vent lines.

Let me explain this again.

Stock 03-Purple bodies
Stock 04-05 or stage 1- black with a blue band near the tip, and they have 4 holes
Stage 2/3- ALL black injectors with only the rubber o-ring being blue.

It has the injector on the left.

Well he left it, was supposed to take it so now, looks like fix the exhaust manifold leak, wideband and MBC, then turn it up,
