Fuel pump issue, none fit!

car is an 1988 sundance,problem is that the pump from auto parts store is about .500 smaller body and it requires wire pigtail where as stock pump use wire blade connectors.Do i need to just buy the whole dam unit? thx in advance.

Hmmmm, wonder if someone put the bosch style hanger and pump in at some point. You should be able to make it fit. Not sure if you can get the Bosch replacment pump anymore.

Well im going to just buy a complete assembly,. kinda odd this pump threads right onto the anti surge thingy. thx for the info.

BTW as stated I just ordered the whole shabang, installed and on ground in 1/2 hour...cost 60.00 bucks more, but worth every penny.
