Link to hv-35 v-band clamp and flange??????

I remember seeing a link someone posted a while ago that sold a v-band clamp and exhaust flange, but i've been searching the forum and the net and i cant find it does remember what i am talking about? It was the v-band and a 2"-3" piece of exhaust that clamped to the turbo so you could build the exhaust the way you wanted.

HY uses a plate you bolt on. I have one with a 2.5" v band outlet already on it or a flat plate with a 3" hole for pipe.

I think I posted a link to it before but have no idea now what it was. Simon is right though, only the HE341 and 351 use that V-band.(if were talking about the same thing)

I ended up buying a flange from mandrel bends.com and. 3" v-band setup. I'll just build my own. :)

HX35 I think it has an odd ball size flange, like a 2.75"

Stepping up to a Holset huh, nice!

I have my set-up dialed in pretty well finally. We should meet up at Fernley or head over to Sac sometime this summer. Would be cool to have 2 Holset R/Ts kicking some Mustang --- on the same night. :thumb:

Trying to :) I got the turbo taken apart yesterday. I have everything I need to finish it. I need to send the ECM since I'll be running bigger injectors and pump. I remember seeing someone in the past boring the waste gate hole in the turbo to have better control of the boost. Is that something everyone is doing with the Holset?

My HY35 has the funky 2.75" or something outlet on the plate, I bought a 3" v band flange I'm going to weld directly to the 2.75 flange.
I hear everyone boring out the wastegate hole, the one on the turbo I have is like 1.0"
Did the HY's have a larger WG hole?
