120A nippsondenso internally regulated factory application

Anybody have the years and models that this alternator came on? I'd like to use an internally regulated unit and not have to go with an external regulator. any info appreciated. Thanks.

I dunno if it was so much years, as trim/equipment level... I'd look in vans.
