2006 Dodge Ram 3500 stereo (need AUX!)

We just bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. It has a 6 CD stereo. My husband is going CRAZY because it does not have an AUX plug. I was told we cant switch it to a factory stereo w/ aux beaucse the 6 CD is not changeable to the 1 CD?
Does anyone have any suggestions for an aftermarket stereo with AUX we can get installed?
