Turbo mounting stud intruded in runner of ported exhaust manifold

One of the turbo mounting studs intruded in runner of my RP ported exhaust manifold. Can I still use the manifold or is it a paper weight?
I snapped a turbo mounting stud 5 years (but less than 100 miles) ago which I repaired however the threads failed when I recently attempted to reinstall the turbo. I repaired, this time with a time sert, and noticed the intrusion.
The head was pulled off to install 3" swing valve, dp, and 3" exhaust amongst other upgrades so I'm wiling to get another if the intrusion will be a problem or adversely affect flow, and i really don't want to pull the top end off again anytime soon.
Any input would be appreciated.

It'll be fine. I would use hi-temp Loctite and set it so the bottom of the stud doesn't stick out into the runner area any.
