April 2012 issue of Mopar Action Magazine on page 44 is a picture of a blue IROC R/T getting washed. It has Wisconsin plate "RT 1of8".

Totally impossible. The girl in your sig is blonde and the one photographed is some sorta red/brunette hybrid ....... Women can't change their hair color like chameleons .....
