I know the engine tran bolts right in. Computer/wiring is the issue.
Can the 92 computer be made to run the. Turbo 4?
I do have a 1990 turbo van wire harness.

Big issues? Just changing harness? Rewrite the 92 computer?

Might be better if you specify which '92 computer.

3.0 'pooters don't have enough injector drivers or outputs (solenoid) 3.3/3.8 computers use a coil pack ignition, think some only have 3 injector drivers also.

4 cyl N/A computers have one injector driver...

'92 turbo computer might work, with turbo harness... on a 3.0/A670 body harness, but PCM wiring for any A604 van might complicate things.

I'm thinking that to get speedo etc working with a 1990 turbo harness and computer, you'd want some of the body harness too.

Its alot of work, there is one van running, he redid the wiring to run a SMEC and installed custom gauges as the stock 92 computer runs the gauges etc, his name is "stratx", "forcefedmopar" has a log thread and he's converting one right now.

Someone suggest doing some wiring mods to fit the turbo engine and running a 92 SBEC turbo computer, so that could be another option.
