are 91 shelby 2.5 turbo wiring harness and 92 daytona iroc 2.5 turbo harness the same

i have a 91 shelby that had fuel fire and damaged the harness i just bought a 92 iroc 2.5 turbo harness and computer are they the same ? if not whats different? i have a stage 5 computer from fwd performance if they are different can i swap the chip from the 91 to upgrade the 92 box?

NO, not exactly the same. The biggest difference is the cruise control. In 91 there was a dedicated wire for each switch (on/off, set/resume, coast/cancel). But, in '92 they were multiplexed. Basically, that means 1 wires, but different voltages to represent each switch.

Also, the computer internally is different from '91 to '92. So, the '91 chip won't work in the '92 computer. You need a chip for the '92...
