86 glhs t2 lm

is anybody burning chips for the older 2 prom LMs? or do most switch to the single prom LM? as i muddle through this it appears to me that there is little to no support for the 2 prom stuff in my 87 charger that was converted to the glhs lm. also, the t-lm stuff only works for the 16k prom?

if so, i need to hunt down an 87 t2 LM. lmk so i can get this sucker tuned!

Hunt down any non-L body 87' turbo LM and you can socket it for a TII cal. That's the best way to go IMO.

yeah most swap to the 87 non L body cause 86 cal support is almost nil.

its a few pin swaps and wire additions to convert to the 87 and i know i detailed it out in another thread of Johnny's.

you can add the pins for the external map and just leave it by the LM too. i believe 84 had the map mounted by the LM on a bracket and not and internal map like the 85-86.

If you really want an internal MAP (to keep it stock looking), the 87 T2 LM has the pads for the wiring...

yup ive seen them in there.

all my stuff is wired for it already so ive never bothered to use those points.
