440 .030 over, blueprinted and balanced, eagle forged rods, crank, and forged pistons, worked over 906 heads, built 727 with 9" 3500 stall, and built 8 3/4 with 4:10 gears, and of course the moser axles, subframe connectors, driveshaft loop and more

Nice.
I had a '72 Demon 340. Hemi Orange with white stripes. It was the first car I restored fresh out of tech school.

those are some pretty A bodies....they are kind of like the L bodied shelby charger in a way....lightweight compact car of the day with good power high revving 340s that would kill big block cars on the strip

And I am sorry to hear that you no longer have these cars....I can't imagine losing my car fought hard to keep her during my period of being unemployed but managed to do so....unfortunately lost my other car and everything else went to ---- but i am slowly rebuilding now i am back to work and trying to get this duster setup to be reliable DD well as reliable as a turbo mopar can be, but i just love these darn turbo mopars and owned a few prior and always missed them

I got the orange Demon for free and learned the hard way that there's no such thing as an easy restoration. This was back before much was reproduced for A body cars. I made trunk floors, inner fenders, rockers and quarter patches. All that was available then were the lower rear quarters.
I sold that on in order to buy my 1972 RoadRunner. I still have the RoadRunner. It's been in pieces waiting it's turn for about 15 years.
Too many others have come and gone since I took it apart. Someday I'll get to it.
