Alright im looking at a friends SRT-4. (thats what I get for being handy with cars I guess) I'm stumped on this one though. It idles fine for the most part maybe a slight miss every once and again kinda seems how turbos run to me though. The second you get off idle it starts missing really bad and then you can rev through that at about 2500 rpm and it starts to smooth out again kinda like idle. I checked the codes and he has a p0303, p0141, p0243, p1105, p0033, and p0032. When I went to clear them the "hard codes" that wouldn't clear were the 0243, 1105, 0033, &0032. Forgot about driving it it misses and sputters so bad that my wifes scion would beat it in a drag race. Now I don't know what's be done to the car since he bought it the way it was unless they put big arse FMI in them for the factory I'm pretty sure its not stock. I do know that he has a diablo sport tuner but he said that he set it back to factory setting. I'm just stumped and could really use a nudge in the right direction. Thanks

Seems like a lot of solenoid malfunctions. Check your vacuum lines.

None of those vacuum lines would cause those issues though, unless it is wiring related. I guess I would check to make sure the solenoids are even connected.

I was driving it around tonight and It was running decent then all of a sudden the boost gauge wouldnt show vacuum then when I went to stop I had no brake (no vacuum assist) what would cause that blow by?

I bet the hose under the intake runners blew off that supplies vacuum to the brake booster.

Only if your PCV system is hooked up wrong. The valve should be closed during boost, and your intake tube should pull in Crankcase pressure vented from the valve cover. Just having boost in the lines can blow off things if they are not secured. Alot of people zip tie all of the lines. I run all of the factory plastic lines and never had a problem.

So now I'm really confused because the other day I said that it ran decent. I tried starting yesterday and I couldn't even get out of the driveway cause it was missing so bad this car is getting to be a really nightmare. Any ideas on where I should even start? Thanks

Does it need the wiring fixed for the TPS? Wasn't there a TSB for that.

Yeah, check the TPS. There was a TSB because wiring makes a hard curve to go into the harness, and it pulls the wires out of the connectors. The wiring kit comes with longer wires, some butt connectors, and the connector. Of course, they charge you $30 for it.
