Im pretty sure my cluch is starting to go. I took some videos so i could get some opinions.
Im at about 250-270whp and i have a relentless stage II clutch. It only has about 10k miles on it and it has started slipping. what cluch would everyone reccomend as a replacement. i like the Stage II clutch but even after i had it for only a few months it would slip occasionaly but other times be fine. but now it has started slipping everytime

here are some videos of it slipping
http://media.putfile.com/Picture-04290
in this video it grips in 2nd but then in third it starts to violently chatter and then i let off

in this video it chatters a bit and then just slips, notice im only going about 65-70 when i hit 6grand in 3rd gear (should be about 85-90)

those of you viewing on a conventional nonflatscreen monitor may have to adjust the brightness/contrast to see better
Also change the video size to 640 or larger to see it a little better

I use a 4 puck disk with my T3 pressure plate... Hard on the flywheel, but holds like a champ.

Isnt that what the Stg II relentless clutch is, a 4 puck with a TIII pp?

DON'T RECALL WHICH WAS WHICH... Was yours a 4 puck copper ceramic?? If so, they are TOUGH on the flywheel... Depending on driver, can wear out quickly.

Either that of the PP itself. Been a few instances of that lately...

if the flywheel's ok I'd recommend www.specclutch.com they're stage 3 setup is awesome. And they have a PP lightening service which is cool. Might think about going to an aluminum flywheel. The tool steel insert is much stronger than the stock flywheel and can be replaced if it ever wears out.

do you think that it will be able to handle around 400 ft/lbs in my 3000pound plus daytona and not wear out too fast?
