I haven't been able to find a decent pump housing for my 91 so I'm going to repair the current one. I'm going to cut the tubes off flush with the top of the housing and replace them. Will brake line tubing work for this? I'll probably have one of the guys at work tig it together for me to make sure it doesn't leak. I'll put some paint on it to keep it from rusting again. 5/16 for the feed line and 1/4 return stock right?

yeah it will work. you could upgrade them though. :) 3/8 and 5/16.

make sure you keep the pump connector cool like keeping a wet rag in contact with the metal all around the pump connector.

That's the plan.
