Is this a Chrysler tool, Miller, or? Can the Cummin's ISB (24v) tensioner gauge work, too?

I figure I might want to own one, and wondered how much they were and what was the preference.

Miller 4188 or OTC 6673. They are both the same tool, made by the same company (otc is usually a bit cheaper vs the miller one). Its a 'generic' tensioning gauge and not specific for the T3 like the 8v tool is for the 8v engines.

What he said, get it from Ebay etc. Luckily, mine came with the business so it cost me $100K, lol.

The "Miller C-4188" is just the Kent-Moore with the Miller decal on the box and the Kent-Moore and the OTC is the same guage with different decals on them....
