Welcome to my world.

I am running 2 mufflers-Magnaflow and small Ultraflo in the rear, and a cat, it cut it done a ton but still slightly there but liveable. I tried the resonator thing, didn't work. It won't hurt the flow enough for you to notice except the installing the cat.

I have pics of my setup posted, I can repost later.

I have 3 inch on my van...no drone. One muffler and one cat is all, exits out the side right in front of the passenger rear tire.

That could be the difference, mine routes like the stocker. Which van, auto or 5 speed?

My black one, its a auto. Had a stick van, did not like shifting a van..sold it.

keeps the sound from entering the huge boom pocket of air behind the van by exiting out the side earlier.

Yep, when I have my hatch open for big items, you can really tell that's what's causing it.
