Here is a super crappy video of how I use the spreadsheet. It's relatively straight forward. I plan on making a different video with my other camera later this afternoon. I may also take some screen shots instead.

It's really not that bad... What's really important is your commentary, not the graphics so much, though if it was a little higher resolution, that wouldn't be bad either...
