The Tunnel Ram II (he one on the car now) has more plenum area than the newer design and also have longer runners, 5 inches.
The Torkster has a little less plenum area but the design of the plenum area compensates for that. The plenum area goes down to the runners with a decreasing radius to improve air velocity which will improve mid range power. The runners are shorter, 3 inches and much wider at the mouth with also a decreasing radius leading to the base plenum.
