SRT Engineers at 2011 LX & Beyond Nationals

How often do enthusiasts that drive Chrysler 300C SRT8, Dodge Charger SRT8, Dodge Challenger SRT8, Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 and Neon/Caliber SRT4 get the opportunity to ask questions, talk to and meet the very people behind making your SRT what it is today? Not often, very rarely.

That's exactly what happens every year and will happen again this year at the 2011 LX & Beyond Nationals. They will be available all weekend and bringing some "go-fast" vehicles from Detroit. You just never know what kind of surprises they have up their sleeves or who may make a random appearance but you know it will be cool, that is for certain.

In addition, they will be holding the much anticipated SRT Engineers Chat Session again. Anybody that has been to the LX & Beyond Nationals in the past can tell you that its truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to get a chance to interact with these men and women.

Thank you to Chrysler and SRT for letting us steal them away from Detroit for a weekend that goes by all too fast. It is an honor.

I was in a meeting with Ralph Gilles two days ago. He has an SRT4 and is his favorite SRT, despite racing Vipers and DDing a 392 Challenger. Got to see a sketch of the next SRT and real pics of the Viper, neener neener (can't share, sorry)

So, they have a 1,000hp FACTORY version to compete with the Ford Super Cobra Jet that has something like a 4.0L supercharger and 1,000hp?

No, wouldnt that be cool though. A local guy has one that was going up there that weekend. It's insane to put it mildly.
