Phreakish has still not come through

I made a post awhile back that he had not shipped a Rad/IC setup. We then arranged to have it sent finally (or again, as he claimed there was a shipping error).

It has been months now and still nothing. As usual, I will update if this changes.

He apparently made a post in defence of himself the last time. Might be good to have that posted up again to see what he claimed? I don't really care about excuses, I bought this as a gift to someone - a gift they have not recieved.
