What could I expect out of a daytona with a 2.5/auto, garrett turbo w/2.5" SV, 3" exhaust, intercooled and graingered at 14psi? I want to build another motor on the side, but when fixing up two cars, things go slowly, lol. Think that'd be good for at least 200hp/250ft-lbs at the crank?

14.9 to 15.3.

Sounds like the setup I had on my Omni GLH Turbo last time I dynoed it.

'89 2.5L Turbo I & A525 (3.05:1 FD)
3" exhaust (3" S/V, no cat, Ultraflo muffler)
big NPR intercooler
Turbo II turbocharger (Garrett T03)
14 psi boost

198 HP/270 TQ at the wheels on a Dynojet.

Also....I brought this car to the track (5000 ft elevation) with the same setup. It was dissapointing to say the least. Fastest pass was 15.4 @ 94 MPH. 60 fts were 2.4-2.5 and I was spinning the tires hard into 3rd gear. Having worn out suspension, dry rotted bushings, bald tires and a track covered with molten rubber from the previous 10 second cars and wheelspin was impossible to avoid in 1st thru 3rd gear.

iturbo, those are some decent power numbers for levels at the wheels. Is that with a stock swirl head?

Yes, stock swirl head. The engine is a 2.5L w/180k miles from an '89 turbo Caravan, but the head/manifolds/cam I found in the trunk of a junkyard Maserati TC (w/Turbo II) in Denver. It had 76k miles...didn't give it a valve job or anything, just slapped it on and went with it.
