This on my 1st gen ACR with a full srt swap. Using factory 2005 pcm, wiring, injectors, fuel pump, turbo, cluster, etc........

Keep in mind I am running on PCM boost with the factory solenoids and vacuum harness.

Upon WOT I am getting 20+ psi boost. There is no cutout. Part throttle produced little to no boost like it should from the factory, only WOT is troubled.

Checked wastegate and it is operable. Makes 7psi with it straight to manifold.

Could this be a bad solenoid?

are you using factory wiring from pcm to solenoids?

can you swap it with the evac solenoid and test? (i dont know if srt4 are same sols)

check valve wrong way?

There is no check valve in the wastegate system.

Yes, factory wiring from the PCM to solenoids, and the solenoids are not the same.

Any ideas? Does the MAP control the boost or is the boost controlled soley by the solenoids and TIP signal?
