Thats really nice work there. Did that take alot of time to do? Was it difficult welding the pipe to the cast piece?

Thanks... Did it Sunday afternoon. It does take some time to line it up, cut pipe, weld, grind, etc... Welding to cast I used my Miller Syncrowave 250 TIG on Argon and high Nickel filler rod.

High nickel . . . . . that's the ticket.
Nice job. Best of both worlds too.

I modified one of the ebay swingvalves for the ford 5 bolt, it was cast steel so no special wire was needed and welded great.

What's that going on? Any A/B tests being done with it?

I did a 3" swingvalve too out of an old 2.25" elbow. In my van this caused boost creep at higher rpm and a significant difference in the torque down low. Nice work, would be neat to see a before/after dyno comparison.

Did you see my "anyone got a 2.25" SV" note on the CL list? LOL...
No back to back planned, but theoretically if we wanted to we could swap something else on in the car...
