I'm not sure of all the specs but the car has 10gs worth of motor and transmission work. Built 350 sbc, 1.6 roller rockers, wicked cam, i forget the carb setup, edelbrock intake, hedman headers, random tech exhaust, t56 six speed out of an 02 trans am, etc etc. I drove it sunday and it is balls to the wall no joke!

Im just playing devils advocate as my buddy had a nice 80 malibu with a 400sbc with a procharger and made 472/510tq. It was tuned and had dart heads and an intercooler. Not saying it can't happen, but unless they swapped in an lsx...

With those mods with stock heads, hes not making 440hp. Not even remotely close. I'd ask to see the dyno sheets and hopefully they'll be for that car, haha. Gotta figure to put down 440hp, he'd have to be making closer to 500hp.

Yea, your probably right. But then again, I drove the car and it had more than enough power for the street. I've always wanted a T/A and the way I look at it, at least its not a stock 305 auto. Not even close.
