I am not sure if i know what I am talking about but here is a stab at a zombie with a toothpick. so all this datalog terms is new to me.
Using MPscan(?) with the ftdi to datalog will get everything but a wideband. the AEM UEGO can data log via serial port (aem blue wire=pin2 serial port, ground out pin5 on serial port) can mpscan be setup to monitor the ftdi input and also a true serial input and interject them? Offhand thinking about it just now I am guessing no... due to sample rates not matching up between then both. but if we could select the sample rates of the inputs and set both rates to the slower of the 2 then the rates could match.
