I already have the IC I just need the radiator.
If anyone has one just sitting around PLEASE let me know.
I can order a Shelby Z from advance auto for $88, but I would rather get one from a fellow T-M member to aid in the cost of more parts for their cars..

For what car??

I didn't know you could get a TII radiator from advance.
$88 sounds almost too cheap...

You can't. All advance auto have are T1 radiators.

Well on the site it lists a different part # for the 88 Daytona Shelby Z.. I figured it was a T2... maybe not.

It is for a P-body.

Jeremy97sc has been looking for me and found a yard out by him (NE Ohio) that has 3 IC'd TD's. They all have a rad/ic combos for $100. The yard guy said he would cut that in half for JUST the rad. I don't know if you're still on TSN but you might want to check with him about it.

I got a brand new NOS t-2 daytona radiator asking $300 OBO
I know that might sounds like a lot, but being NEW it should last a VERY long time.
Later,
Cindy

If the dealer still stocked them, what do you think THEY would charge? I think $300 is a reasonable price for what's essentially straight out of the dealership.

$300 is pretty good for a NOS radiator.

It might be good, but I cant justify spending big bucks (relitively speaking) on my beater.

Cheap, fast, reliable. Pick any two. ;)

I would worry about reliability if this were my daily driver. But its not. If it breaks down, oh well.

If you have a really nice daytona and don't want to worry about replacing the radiator fr a few years, get the NOS one. If it's just your beater car and don't plan to keep it long, then just get a junkyard rad and hope for the best.

Cindy
