size of t1 downpipe??

Just a basic question, but I am putting together my own exhaust and need to know what size is the downpipe on an '87 Stock t1 S/C

not 88 2.2TI blow throughs though, they still have the 2.25" downpipes.

Any mitsu car/van, R/T will have the 2.5 inch DP.

You'll have to do a bit of grinding on the flange plate to elongate the bolt holes. The old T1 Garrett had a narrower bolt pattern. The '88 T1 downpipe has the wider pattern, even though it is 2-1/4". Also, the pipe is a tad bigger than 2-1/4", especially by the cat....
