Willamette Valley, Or. Mechanic needed for 523 swap

Does anyone know a good place in the Willamette Valley that could do a 523 swap in my GLHS at a reasonable price? I had back surgery 6 Mos. ago and don't want to risk re-injuring it. I have everything need for the swap.
