91 turbo Shadow

I'm actually posting this for a fellow TM member. He has a 90 or 91 T1 Turbo shadow. Its a 5spd. Trans shifted fine but the motor has some issues. We suspect bad rings. He asked me to post it as a parts car. The floors are gone but with a good 5 spd and disk brakes on all corners, it has a great deal of reasonable parts. I think its worth about 800 in parts but he needs it gone so shall we say 600? lemme know.

If anyone parts this car, I really need the axle's mounting brackets quite badly as mine were fubarred by my boss trying to be a hero 4 years ago... (the simple brackets that the axle pivots at and mounts to the chassis.

its a 90, and yea ill put it towards a dakota. i have some cash to spend on one though if you have one. looking for a second gen 93-96 dakota 2.5 or 3.9, pref. a stick shift. this cars just sitting in my driveway. its a 90 T1 523. motors ify, trans is great, 4 wheel disks that work great with new pads. front struts are new, read shocks a new. power locks, manual windows. PM me if you want more info. its all white and, typicaly, michigan rusty. if i dont sell it on here soon its going to the scrap yard. not parting this out either, take it as a whole if you want it.

everything I need and all the money I dont have :( . My car has a good 2.5 but the trans/suspension is beat and there is intrest in my shell. AHHHHHH!

got a couple of nibbles. o yea the pass side motor mount is off but i can throw it back on. needed it at the time and im to lazy to go to the p and p in the snow.

its got the 15 inch str neon style wheels with good tires all around, directional up front. needs to leave quick fast and in a hurry. sick of not having room in the driveway.

its got no comp. in #4 cyl. all others are great. no oil in the water, water in the oil. let me know. power locks work, manual windows work. nice seats, but interior is kinda dirty, not nasty though.

ive got a 91 2.5 NA convertable the needs the water pump put on and im not getting any vac out of the TB ports. the motor came from an 87 or 88 lebaron, the TB is off the 91 motor. if you want to fix this into a decent running car for me ill give you the damn turbo car. let me know, i work like crazy and have no time to do anything.

If you are serious about someone fixing up your other car I can figure something out. Just have to talk to a friend into driving me up there for the weekend. The only thing is that I would have to come up another weekend to pick up the car.

I think I have the waterpump and stuff too.

i have no idea whyi dont get TB vacuum but i have vacuum at the brake booster hose, its a mystery. dont tackle it if you cant handle it.

Yeah, Im 1 ASE from being Master certified and went to school for Automotive high performance. Just have to talk to a friend and see what hes up to. Probably be able to come up there the weekend of the 16th and pick up the car the following weekend. Unless you think I can throw it together and 3 cylinder it to at least toledo.

I understand. I live in an apartment with a roommate and right now we have 2 dead TMs (my shadow and a shelbyz with a knock) my spirit and my roommates GF's car and technically we only have 1 space.

hell you know what a run of the mill white ES 2 door shadow with 15" srt style wheels looks like. its also has a turboxs BOV and an aftermarket boost gauge (s7 ??) i have some pics on my phone before i put the rims on it i can send you tonight if you want, just let me know
