So I need to part with this car. Moving back to Cincinnati and simply too many cars to move with. I purchased the car to save it from going back to the junkyard (long story but it had already wound up in the yard once), however didn't really have a plan for it. I have waited for a title from the guy i bought it from since December to no avail but if someone wants to save the car and needs the title i can get one for approx. $250. I would like it to be saved, but i realize that the logistics of the location and transport are prohibitive.
1989 CSX #189
-Car does not have the motor/turbo anymore still has the original 555
-has lived in northern Nevada its whole life so no rust at all and is straight but is in need of paint
-it has been equipped with a sunroof and power windows (both seem to have been added at the dealer)
-Car has shelby items minus fiberides, valve cover, rear medallion, steering wheel and front grill ( i do have a one piece vc and fiberides off another 89 csx that was in the yard)
-car has 124009 miles on the chassis
Whole car including the fiberides i have and the 1 piece Shelby vc $1200
Let me know what you may need or if you need pics of something.

I've always wanted a 1989 CSX "project" minus the drivetrain so I wouldn't feel bad if I put a T-III into, or swayed from the original 8v VNT setup.
Someone out there must be looking for a rust free project like this, I hope.

Yes the car is perfectly savable, hence why i saved it. When i got it I was going to put a jy hybrid in it.The only reason for parting is the logistics of transport for most people is cost prohibitive.
okay i have a couple people interested in the whole car. I would rather the car be saved so i will respond to the parts requests if nothing can be worked out.

Okay i have been working my butt off lately. As i said before trying to keep the car in one piece so it can live again. I will respond to any parts requests, if nobody can save it whole.
I will try and get pics of the interior soon, we just got hit with more snow so i have to peel it out from under a car cover.

Too many cars to move with, or too many cars to move? Cause if you get it closer to the rust belt, the whole thing will sell.... :)
