VNT -> S60 Conversion, what is needed?

What is all needed to swap over from a VNT to a S60 other than:

the turbo
exhaust manifold
turbo lines
recalibrated ECU

I dont think you need the manifold at all, just have to put a normal nut and bolt through one of the holes.

I dont know that you need a recalibrated ecu either just to run it. If you want computer controlled boost i guess you would need it right away and of course if you want it tuned it might as well be a tuned version of the right file lol.
