97 tahoe blowing dash and parking light fuses

My buddys truck is a 97 tahoe and it keeps blowing the parking lights and dash lights.

The drivers jam door switch was just replaced and then this started, Thinking this might be an issue.

headlights and brake lights still work, just figured i'd post this incase someone had something simple to post up. Im looking into wiring diagrams and suspecting the switch.

Try wrapping tape around the wiring connectorand reinstalling it. If no go, try disconnecting it and taping off the connector. If still no go, try the other switches. After that, try another headlight switch.

thanks for the reply, I was suspecting the switch also, and I've seen this done, my buddy ended up pulling it back apart and messing with it, no issues now, he must have had a wire loose and shorting out somewhere.
