Questions about porting a SV?

I saw on the net about porting a 2.25" SV so it's closer in Dia. to 2.50" or a little larger in Dia.? Now I can't find it anymore? Seems the address was bought out? Did anyone else download the writeup and pics? I think it's what I need to upgrade my turbo to what I want in the price range I need?
