on the 89 turbo harness tach wire

hooked up the safc and the tach is about 1.5-2k off and jumping around yes its set to 4 cyl


figured i would use the computers tach signal


anyone know before i dust off my books lol

its a guess but gray with black line.

yea thats the wire on the coil but isnt there a wire going from the computer to the tac in the car?? or is the tac in the car using that wire ?


i have it hooked up to that wire now and as i said on the safc the readings are VERY eractic
