Im in need of the speedo cables for my 85 omni glh. Maybe someone has a set collecting dust on the shelf they want to get rid of for cheap?:eyebrows:

No, I swapped in an analog cluster from a '90 Omni with the electronic 100mph speedometer. It definately wasn't plug and play as I was led to believe, but not terrible if you have the wiring schematics to both cars and don't mind cutting up the dash a little.

Thanks man, but thats only half. i need the cable to insturment cluster as well. At least thats how it was in my sundance. does the omni only have the one?

Bummer. It says that it is 40" long. I know that the two pieces aren't 40 inches each. Here is the pic.

I also know that you can get by with just the top half, although it very barely will clear a hybrid turbo and reach. It is bent pretty bad right at the trans that way, but I've got a few thousand miles on one like that. I don't think that knowledge helps you find one though.

No problem. I would be very happy to hear that this solves your problem. That's a relatively cheap fix so long as you have other stuff to order at the same time to tame the shipping.
