Is there something unique to the 90 switch? or will any rear wiper switch for a 4-door L work?

I don't know. I knoe that the switch goes in the center console though rom what it looks like.

'90 Omni switch is a one year only deal.
Could you post up a part number on your switch?
Had one here at one point when my mom owned a '90.
Not sure if I still have it. Got others it could be.

Actually I don't have a switch at all. The hole is there bit switch was hone when I bought the car.
