a523/clutch issues

When I push the clutch all the way to the floor it makes a noise and will not let me engage into gear/take out of gear...It sort of seems like it partially engages when all the way to the floor. But when I take the clutch pedal about an inch off of the floor I can engage/take out/shift fine...Im running a 94' 523 with tu's 6 puck/blue pp..What is wrong lol?

sounds like you could be pushing the throwout too far and the fingers are hitting the disc. Try adjusting your clutch.

Agreed. To do that you just pull back on the clutch pedal. If the adjuster is working properly you should hear some clicking and the problem may then go away.

dont pull up on it too hard. ive broken them things a couple times! lol
