The title says it all. Anybody know which hubs/knuckles to use to upgrade to a dual-pivot K-Frame while still keeping 4-lug wheels and small-spline axles?

I'd love to get the better designed K-Frame, but 4-lug is an important part of my car's "identity".

What model car is it? There aren't many options for an L-body. For the K-based cars 89 and 90 used a dual pivot stamped arm.

It's a K-Car convertible. Do the stamped arm dual-pivots use the same knuckles as the early-style arms use?

That'd be sweet: I could keep my same knuckles and hubs!

If its stamped dual pivot, it uses the older style setup so yes, you can retain what you have.

The question is why would you want to keep the 4 bolt? I am going to upgrade mine to 5 bolt. The outer ends of the axles didn't change, just the inners.

I upgraded the k member on my 84 daytona with one out of an 89 daytona. It has the stamped dual pivot arms. It was almost 100% bolt in. The only difference was that I had to add the mount for the bobble strut as I have a 5spd and the donor car was an auto. And I had to enlarge the mounting holes in the steering rack slightly for the larger bolts. Other than that I was able to keep all my 4 lug stuff, which is important because I wanted to keep my current wheels.:thumb:

'Cuz it came as 4-bolt, and I'm trying to keep it original "looking" at least as much as possible.
